Christiana Meeks is a singer, actor, director, and performing arts educator based in

Monterey, California. She has built a versatile career spanning immersive theatre, musical theatre, opera, choral music, and improv. Christiana has worked on Broadway (Here Lies Love), Off-Broadway (Pip’s Island), and in national tours (Million Dollar Quartet), and has sung under world-renowned conductors.

Christiana honed her craft through years of vocal training and diverse performance experiences on both the East and West Coasts. She spent 12 years on the East Coast, between New York City and Boston, where she gained top-tier performance experience and refined her artistry.

​

A graduate of The Boston Conservatory, Christiana holds a Master of Music in Opera Performance (2016) and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance (2014), studying under Patty Thom. During her graduate studies, she was a soprano member of the

Tanglewood Festival Chorus, performing with conductors including John Williams, Keith Lockhart, Andris Nelsons, and Bramwell Tovey.

 

Christiana is equally passionate about performing and teaching.

She is the Director at Pacific Repertory Theatre’s School of Dramatic Arts, where she leads youth theatre programs, teaches classes, and directs productions.

Private singing, acting, and performance coaching with Christiana Meeks

Christiana Meeks offers private voice and performance lessons through Do Re Meeks, a studio designed for students ages 8 and up, from beginners to aspiring performers. Lessons focus on building healthy vocal technique and mindset, breath suppport, developing confidence while maintaining kindness, and strengthening stage presence in a supportive and positive environment.

Christiana believes the body is an integral part of singing and that physical awareness helps unlock a freer, more supported voice. Lessons incorporate movement to help release the voice naturally, along with yoga-based exercises designed to unlock vocal freedom and breath support.
